This product (Catalog No. DPABH-17657) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PIGO, targeting the amino acid region 867–1089 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human PIGO from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PIGO (Phosphatidylinositol-glycan biosynthesis class O protein) is an enzyme crucial for attaching GPI anchors to proteins in the endoplasmic reticulum. PIGO encodes a 1,089 amino acid protein, that is involved in GPI biosynthesis (PMID: 22683086). DPABH-17657 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:10–1:100) applications. DPABH-17657 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
