This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28602) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PDIA4. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PDIA4 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the disulfide isomerase (PDI) family of endoplasmic reticulum (ER) proteins that catalyze protein folding and thiol-disulfide interchange reactions. The encoded protein has an N-terminal ER-signal sequence, three catalytically active thioredoxin (TRX) domains, two TRX-like domains and a C-terminal ER-retention sequence. This protein, when bound to cyclophilin B, enhances the rate of immunoglobulin G intermolecular disulfide bonding and antibody assembly.
DPABH-28602 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:30–1:150) applications.
DPABH-28602 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
