General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-24657) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PDE7A, targeting the amino acid region 1–55 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Hydrolyzes the second messenger cAMP, which is a key regulator of many important physiological processes. May have a role in muscle signal transduction. DPABH-24657 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-24657 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
