This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14003) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human OXNAD1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with OXNAD1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. OXNAD1 (Oxidoreductase NAD Binding Domain Containing 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 3 (3p25.1-p24.3) in humans that encodes a protein containing a predicted oxidoreductase NAD-binding domain. It is primarily localized to the mitochondria and is believed to have oxidoreductase activity, with CYB5R4 identified as an important paralog. DPABH-14003 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB) applications. DPABH-14003 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
