This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08687) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human NUDT19. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. NUDT19, also named as RP2, belongs to the Nudix hydrolase family. It is a coenzyme A diphosphatase that mediates the hydrolysis of a wide range of CoA esters, including choloyl-CoA and branched-chain fatty-acyl-CoA esters. DPABH-08687 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IHC (1:20–1:200) applications. DPABH-08687 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
