This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12511) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human NUDT19. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Nucleoside diphosphate-linked moiety X motif 19 (NUDT19) is a mitochondrial enzyme belonging to the Nudix hydrolase family, acting primarily as a fatty acyl-coenzyme A (CoA) diphosphatase. It regulates metabolism by hydrolyzing various CoA esters—including branched-chain and fatty-acyl-CoA—into acyl-4'-phosphopantetheine and adenosine 3',5'-bisphosphate. DPABH-12511 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-12511 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
