This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25261) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human NKX3-2, targeting the amino acid region 1–333 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human NKX3-2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Transcriptional repressor that acts as a negative regulator of chondrocyte maturation. PLays a role in distal stomach development; required for proper antral-pyloric morphogenesis and development of antral-type epithelium. In concert with GSC, defines the structural components of the middle ear; required for tympanic ring and gonium development and in the regulation of the width of the malleus. DPABH-25261 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) application. DPABH-25261 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
