General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18515) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human NET1, targeting the amino acid region 442–542 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human NET1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene is part of the family of Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factors. Members of this family activate Rho proteins by catalyzing the exchange of GDP for GTP. The protein encoded by this gene interacts with RhoA within the cell nucleus and may play a role in repairing DNA damage after ionizing radiation. Pseudogenes of this gene are located on the long arms of chromosomes 1, 7 and 18. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants that encode different protein isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2012]. DPABH-18515 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF-P (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-18515 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
