General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19264) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human NCAM2, targeting the amino acid region 51–150 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NCAM2 from mouse, rat, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is a type I membrane protein and may function in selective fasciculation and zone-to-zone projection of the primary olfactory axons. DPABH-19264 is suitable for use in flow cytometry (FC) (3 μg/test) application. DPABH-19264 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
