This product (Catalog No. DPABH-15607) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human NAP1L1, targeting the amino acid region 101–200 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NAP1L1 from rat and mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the nucleosome assembly protein (NAP) family. This protein participates in DNA replication and may play a role in modulating chromatin formation and contribute to the regulation of cell proliferation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms; however, not all have been fully described.
DPABH-15607 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
