This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02919) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human NAP1L1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NAP1L1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a member of the nucleosome assembly protein (NAP) family. This protein participates in DNA replication and may play a role in modulating chromatin formation and contribute to the regulation of cell proliferation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms; however, not all have been fully described. DPABH-02919 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:5,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-02919 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
