This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02032) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MAS1L, targeting the amino acid region 1–88 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. MAS1L (MAS1 oncogene-like) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with MAS1L include median rhomboid glossitis, and glossitis, and among its related super-pathways are Peptide GPCRs and Class A/1 (Rhodopsin-like receptors). GO annotations related to this gene include G-protein coupled receptor activity. An important paralog of this gene is MRGPRX3. DPABH-02032 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:200) application. DPABH-02032 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C.
