This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05780) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MARS, targeting the amino acid region 552–900 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human MARS from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. MARS (methionyl-tRNA synthetase) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with MARS include hepatorenal syndrome, and appendicitis, and among its related super-pathways are Cytosolic tRNA aminoacylation and Generic Transcription Pathway.
