This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14803) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MAGEB5. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. MAGEB5 (Melanoma-associated antigen B5) is a protein-coding gene and member of the MAGE (Melanoma-associated antigen) family, primarily known for its expression in various tumors and testis, making it a potential target for cancer immunotherapy. It is mapped to the X chromosome, with its protein, containing 275 amino acids, often found in the nucleus. DPABH-14803 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:100) application. DPABH-14803 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
