This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12974) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MAGEB5. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with MAGEB5 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. MAGEB5 (Melanoma-associated antigen B5) is a protein-coding gene and member of the MAGE (Melanoma-associated antigen) family, primarily known for its expression in various tumors and testis, making it a potential target for cancer immunotherapy. It is mapped to the X chromosome, with its protein, containing 275 amino acids, often found in the nucleus.
DPABH-12974 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000), IHC 1 (50-1:200), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) applications.
DPABH-12974 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
