General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28228) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human LRRFIP1, targeting the amino acid region 500–808 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. LRRFIP1 is a transcriptional repressor which preferentially binds to the GC-rich consensus sequence (5'-AGCCCCCGGCG-3') and may regulate expression of TNF, EGFR and PDGFA. The endogenous LRRFIP1/GCF2 proteins in several human cell lines, the one expressed from LRRFIP1/GCF2 cDNA in reticulolysates, and the recombinant LRRFIP1/GCF2 protein produced in bacteria have migrated as a band with a molecular weight (MW) of 160 kda in sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE).
DPABH-28228 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:8,000) application.
DPABH-28228 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
