This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11128) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human LRRC8A, targeting the amino acid region 648–803 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with LRRC8A from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Leucine-rich repeat containing 8A (LRRC8A), also known as SWELL1, is an essential transmembrane protein component of the Volume-Regulated Anion Channel (VRAC) in vertebrate cells. It is responsible for regulating cell volume, maintaining osmotic homeostasis, and transporting organic osmolytes, chloride, and signaling molecules. Dysregulation of LRRC8A is linked to immune system deficiencies, cancers, and metabolic diseases.
DPABH-11128 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-11128 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
