General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19157) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human LRBA, targeting the amino acid region 2–42 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. May be involved in coupling signal transduction and vesicle trafficking to enable polarized secretion and/or membrane deposition of immune effector molecules. DPABH-19157 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:500) application. DPABH-19157 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
