This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20084) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human LRBA, targeting the amino acid region 2001–2143 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with LRBA from mouse, dog, cow, horse, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the WDL-BEACH-WD (WBW) gene family. Its expression is induced in B cells and macrophages by bacterial lipopolysaccharides (LPS). The encoded protein associates with protein kinase A and may be involved in leading intracellular vesicles to activated receptor complexes, which aids in the secretion and/or membrane deposition of immune effector molecules. Defects in this gene are associated with the disorder common variable immunodeficiency-8 with autoimmunity. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
DPABH-20084 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-20084 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
