General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20557) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human LOXL3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with LOXL3 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a lysyl oxidase, which likely functions as an amine oxidase and plays a role in the formation of crosslinks in collagens and elastin. Deletion of the related gene in mouse causes neonatal mortality with cleft palate, spine deformity, and defects in collagen organization. A mutation in this gene was found in a family with Stickler syndrome. DPABH-20557 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application. DPABH-20557 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
