This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11729) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human LAG3, targeting the amino acid region 201–300 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with LAG3 from mouse, rat, pig, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Lymphocyte-activation protein 3 belongs to Ig superfamily and contains 4 extracellular Ig-like domains. The LAG3 gene contains 8 exons. The sequence data, exon/intron organization, and chromosomal localization all indicate a close relationship of LAG3 to CD4.
DPABH-11729 is suitable for use in flow cytometry (FC) (1 μg/test) application.
DPABH-11729 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
