This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05389) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human KIAA0317, targeting the amino acid region 551–729 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with KIAA0317 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. KIAA0317 is a HECT-type E3 ubiquitin ligase, also known as FIEL1 (fibrosis-inducing E3 ligase 1) or AREL1, that regulates inflammation and fibrosis by targeting proteins like SOCS2 and PIAS4 for degradation. It is heavily involved in lung diseases and colonic inflammation, with studies indicating that knocking down KIAA0317 can reduce lung injury, inflammation, and fibrotic conditions.
DPABH-05389 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB), IHC applications.
DPABH-05389 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Lyophilized powder with 0.02% Sodium Azide/Reconstitute in 100μL of sterile H2O with 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
