This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22030) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human KCTD16, targeting the amino acid region 181–347 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with KCTD16 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. KCTD16 (Potassium Channel Tetramerization Domain Containing 16) is a protein-coding gene and multifunctional member of the KCTD family that acts as an auxiliary subunit for GABAB receptors in the central nervous system. It modulates receptor pharmacology by increasing agonist affinity, accelerating G-protein signaling, and promoting non-desensitizing responses.
DPABH-22030 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:2,000) applications.
DPABH-22030 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
