This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04406) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CD61, targeting the amino acid region 134–384 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CD61 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Integrin beta 3 (ITGB3) is a transmembrane glycoprotein subunit that forms heterodimeric receptors with various alpha integrin subunits, primarily mediating cell adhesion to extracellular matrix (ECM) components and facilitating bidirectional signaling across the plasma membrane. Encoded by the ITGB3 gene located on human chromosome 17q21.32, it consists of a large extracellular domain for ligand binding, a single transmembrane helix, and a short cytoplasmic tail that links to the actin cytoskeleton. The protein, also known as CD61 or platelet glycoprotein IIIa, is broadly expressed in tissues such as thyroid, endometrium, and platelets, where it plays essential roles in cellular processes including hemostasis, angiogenesis, and bone remodeling.
DPABH-04406 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:4,000–1:8,000), IHC (1:50–1:100), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000) applications.
DPABH-04406 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4, 50% Glycerol, 0.05% Proclin 300. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
