Cell Line Description
The antibody specially reacts with human alpha-6 integrin and will block the binding of other alpha-6 integrin antibodies such as EA-1. The antibody specifically stains alpha-6 transfected cells.
CultureMethod
Subculturing
Incubate cells at 37°C with 5% CO2 in air atmosphere and maintain cultures between 3-5x10^5 cells/ml
Storage
Liquid nitrogen vapor phase.
