This product (Catalog No. DPABH-26736) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human IQGAP1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with IQGAP1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the IQGAP family. The protein contains four IQ domains, one calponin homology domain, one Ras-GAP domain and one WW domain. It interacts with components of the cytoskeleton, with cell adhesion molecules, and with several signaling molecules to regulate cell morphology and motility. Expression of the protein is upregulated by gene amplification in two gastric cancer cell lines.
DPABH-26736 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:20–1:100) applications.
DPABH-26736 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
