This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13479) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human IL2RG, targeting the amino acid region 51–150 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with IL2RG from mouse, rat, dog, pig, and cow. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is an important signaling component of many interleukin receptors, including those of interleukin -2, -4, -7 and -21, and is thus referred to as the common gamma chain. Mutations in this gene cause X-linked severe combined immunodeficiency (XSCID), as well as X-linked combined immunodeficiency (XCID), a less severe immunodeficiency disorder.
DPABH-13479 is suitable for use in flow cytometry (FC) (1 μg/test), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-13479 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
