This product (Catalog No. CPBT-39947RH) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human MEFV, targeting the amino acid region 501–600 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a protein, also known as pyrin or marenostrin, that is an important modulator of innate immunity. Mutations in this gene are associated with Mediterranean fever, a hereditary periodic fever syndrome.
CPBT-39947RH is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CPBT-39947RH is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
