This product (Catalog No. CPBT-53857RH) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FMO3, targeting the amino acid region 280–532 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human FMO3 from rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Dimethylaniline oxidase 3, commonly known as Flavin-containing monooxygenase 3 (FMO3), is a crucial hepatic microsomal enzyme that catalyzes the oxidation of various nitrogen- and sulfur-containing compounds. It is essential for drug metabolism, xenobiotic detoxification, and transforming dietary trimethylamine (TMA) into trimethylamine N-oxide (TMAO), regulating cardiovascular risk factors.
CPBT-53857RH is suitable for use in ELISA (1:4,000–1:8,000), IHC (1:50–1:100), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000) applications.
