This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05840) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human HES1. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This protein belongs to the basic helix-loop-helix family of transcription factors. It is a transcriptional repressor of genes that require a bHLH protein for their transcription. The protein has a particular type of basic domain that contains a helix interrupting protein that binds to the N-box rather than the canonical E-box. DPABH-05840 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) application. DPABH-05840 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
