A synthetic peptide from the 1t cytoplasmic domain of human HCN2 + HCN4, conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein. The antigen is homologous in rat and mouse.


Application Notes
IHC-P: 1/300 - 1/4000. Antigen retrieval is recommended before commencing with IHC staining protocol. IHC-Fr: 1/300 - 1/4000. WB: 1/300 - 1/4000. Predicted molecular weights: 97 and 129 kDa.
