Cell Line Description
Animals were immunized with double negative (DN) sheep T cells. Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells. The antibody is specific for the sheep gamma/delta TCR and precipitates molecules of 42000 and 36000 daltons.
