This product (Catalog No. DPABH-17748) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GSG1L. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GSG1L from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Predicted to be involved in regulation of postsynaptic neurotransmitter receptor internalization. Predicted to act upstream of or within several processes, including regulation of AMPA receptor activity; regulation of short-term neuronal synaptic plasticity; and transmission of nerve impulse. Predicted to be located in asymmetric synapse and membrane. Predicted to be active in Schaffer collateral - CA1 synapse; glutamatergic synapse; and postsynaptic density membrane. DPABH-17748 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:300) application. DPABH-17748 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
