This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02421) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GPR89A. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GPR89A from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. GPR89A (G protein-coupled receptor 89A) is a protein-coding gene on chromosome 1q21.1 that acts as a voltage-gated anion channel in the Golgi apparatus. It is critical for maintaining Golgi pH, regulating ion homeostasis, and aiding in proper protein processing. GPR89A is a potential therapeutic target for overcoming cisplatin resistance in lung cancer and is involved in lymphocyte development. DPABH-02421 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-02421 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Reconstitute in 100ul of sterile H2O with 50% glycerol, 0.01% thimerosal. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
