General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10277) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human GPR32. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GPR32 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. GPR32, also known as G protein-coupled receptor 32, is an intronless human gene located on chromosome 19q13.33 that encodes a seven-transmembrane receptor belonging to the rhodopsin-like subfamily of G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs). This receptor, often referred to by synonyms such as DRV1 or RVDR1, primarily functions in the plasma membrane and binds with high affinity to specialized pro-resolving lipid mediators, including resolvin D1 (RvD1) and lipoxin A4 (LXA4). These interactions enable GPR32 to play a crucial role in the active resolution of inflammation, promoting anti-inflammatory responses and tissue repair processes.
DPABH-10277 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:200) applications.
DPABH-10277 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
