General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04047) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GPR32. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. GPR32, also known as G protein-coupled receptor 32, is an intronless human gene located on chromosome 19q13.33 that encodes a seven-transmembrane receptor belonging to the rhodopsin-like subfamily of G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs). This receptor, often referred to by synonyms such as DRV1 or RVDR1, primarily functions in the plasma membrane and binds with high affinity to specialized pro-resolving lipid mediators, including resolvin D1 (RvD1) and lipoxin A4 (LXA4). These interactions enable GPR32 to play a crucial role in the active resolution of inflammation, promoting anti-inflammatory responses and tissue repair processes.
DPABH-04047 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:1000), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) applications.
DPABH-04047 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
