This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19606) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human FZD5, targeting the amino acid region 51–150 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with FZD5 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Frizzled-5 (FZD5) is a seven-transmembrane G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) that acts as a key receptor for Wnt signaling proteins, essential for embryonic development, angiogenesis, and stem cell maintenance. It regulates cell polarization, proliferation, and differentiation, with critical roles in eye development, neuronal polarity, and promoting tumor stemness in certain cancers.
DPABH-19606 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), flow cytometry (FC) (2 μg/test) applications.
DPABH-19606 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
