General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-17498) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human FXR1, targeting the amino acid region 121–220 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with FXR1 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is an RNA binding protein that interacts with the functionally-similar proteins FMR1 and FXR2. These proteins shuttle between the nucleus and cytoplasm and associate with polyribosomes, predominantly with the 60S ribosomal subunit. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. DPABH-17498 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-17498 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
