General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02439) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SRSF10, targeting the amino acid region 1–121 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human SRSF10 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. FUSIP1, also known as SRSF10 or TASR, is a human gene located on chromosome 1p36.11 that encodes a serine/arginine-rich (SR) splicing factor protein critical for regulating pre-mRNA splicing. The protein, appearing as a 37-kDa band due to post-translational modifications despite a predicted mass of 31 kDa, features an N-terminal RNA-recognition motif (RRM) for binding RNA and C-terminal SR repeats for protein interactions, existing in multiple isoforms such as TASR1 (183 amino acids) and TASR2 (262 amino acids) generated by alternative splicing of exon 6. Expressed ubiquitously across tissues with highest levels in skeletal muscle, testis, thymus, spleen, and brain, FUSIP1 localizes primarily to nuclear speckles but shuttles to the cytoplasm, particularly under stress conditions.
DPABH-02439 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:4,000–1:8,000), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:100), IHC (1:50–1:100), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000) applications.
DPABH-02439 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4, 50% Glycerol, 0.05% Proclin 300. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
