This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01637) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FRS2, targeting the amino acid region 2–193 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with FRS2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Fibroblast growth factor receptor substrate 2 (FRS2) is an 80 kDa membrane-anchored adapter protein that acts as a critical molecular scaffold, linking activated fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFRs) and nerve growth factor (NGF) receptors to downstream signaling pathways. It is essential for regulating cell growth, differentiation, and migration.
DPABH-01637 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-01637 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
