This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23455) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FPR1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a G protein-coupled receptor of mammalian phagocytic cells that is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. The protein mediates the response of phagocytic cells to invasion of the host by microorganisms and is important in host defense and inflammation. DPABH-23455 is suitable for use in IHC (1:10–1:50) application. DPABH-23455 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
