This product (Catalog No. DPABH-17191) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FNBP1L. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with FNBP1L from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene binds to both CDC42 and N-WASP. This protein promotes CDC42-induced actin polymerization by activating the N-WASP-WIP complex and, therefore, is involved in a pathway that links cell surface signals to the actin cytoskeleton. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. DPABH-17191 is suitable for use in IHC (1:40–1:200) application. DPABH-17191 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
