This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10768) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FANCB. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the Fanconi anemia complementation group B. This protein is assembled into a nucleoprotein complex that is involved in the repair of DNA lesions. Mutations in this gene can cause chromosome instability and VACTERL syndrome with hydrocephalus. DPABH-10768 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:40–1:200) applications. DPABH-10768 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
