This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11011) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FAM155B. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. FAM155B (Family with Sequence Similarity 155 Member B), also known as NALF2, is a protein-coding gene and transmembrane protein highly expressed in the human brain, heart, and thyroid. It acts as a NALCN channel auxiliary factor and has been implicated in regulating endometrial receptivity, with research suggesting it suppresses cell proliferation.
DPABH-11011 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:40–1:200) applications.
DPABH-11011 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
