This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22717) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human EXT1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with EXT1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Glycosyltransferase required for the biosynthesis of heparan-sulfate. The EXT1/EXT2 complex possesses substantially higher glycosyltransferase activity than EXT1 or EXT2 alone. Appears to be a tumor suppressor. Required for the exosomal release of SDCBP, CD63 and syndecan. DPABH-22717 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000), IHC 1 (50-1:200) applications. DPABH-22717 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
