This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16398) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ERK1/2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ERK1/2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. In molecular biology, extracellular-signal-regulated kinases (ERKs) orclassical MAP kinases are widely expressed protein kinase intracellular signalling molecules that are involved in functions including the regulation of meisis, mitosis, and postmitotic functions in differentiated cells. Many different stimuli, including growth factors, cytokines, virus infection, ligands for heterotrimeric G protein-coupled receptors, transforming agents, andcarcinogens, activate the ERK pathway.
DPABH-16398 is suitable for use in ELISA 1 (20000-1:40000) application.
DPABH-16398 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
