General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13030) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ERK1/2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ERK1/2 from mouse, rat, and monkey. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ERK1/2 (Extracellular signal-regulated kinases 1 and 2) are serine/threonine kinases that form a core component of the Ras-Raf-MEK-ERK signaling cascade, which regulates cell proliferation, differentiation, migration, and survival. Activated by mitogens via phosphorylation, they control the G1- to S-phase cell cycle transition.
DPABH-13030 is suitable for use in WB 1 (1000-1:5000), IHC 1 (100-1:500), IF/ICC 1 (200), IP 1 (200) applications.
DPABH-13030 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4,50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
