General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23543) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ENTPD4, targeting the amino acid region 223–571 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ENTPD4 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ENTPD4 (Ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 4) preferentially hydrolyzes nucleoside 5-diphosphates. Nucleoside 5-triphosphates are hydrolyzed only to a minor extent. The order of activity with different substrates is UDP >> GDP = CDP = TDP. AMP, ADP, ATP and UMP are not substrates. There are two named isoforms. The preferred substrates for isoform 2 are CTP, UDP, CDP, GTP and GDP, while isoform 1 utilizes UTP and TTP.
DPABH-23543 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application.
DPABH-23543 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
