This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01852) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ENAH. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ENAH from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a member of the enabled/ vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein. Members of this gene family are involved in actin-based motility. This protein is involved in regulating the assembly of actin filaments and modulates cell adhesion and motility. Alternate splice variants of this gene have been correlated with tumor invasiveness in certain tissues and these variants may serve as prognostic markers. A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome 3. DPABH-01852 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-01852 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
