This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18705) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ELAC1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ELAC1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ELAC1 (ElaC Homolog 1, Zinc Phosphodiesterase) is a conserved enzyme that functions primarily as a tRNA repair enzyme, crucial for tRNA recycling by removing 2',3'-cyclic phosphates from tRNA molecules cleaved during Ribosome-Associated Quality Control (RQC). It acts downstream of ANKZF1 to prepare cleaved tRNAs for 3' CCA re-addition.
DPABH-18705 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:5,000), IHC (1:50–1:300) applications.
DPABH-18705 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
